CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WTVD) — The FBI and other law enforcement agencies thwarted a potential New Year’s Eve terrorist attack in North Carolina inspired by ISIS, officials announced on Friday morning.
There will be a news conference at 11:30 a.m. in Charlotte.
