Woman found guilty in death of Bay Area Kim Kardashian lookalike model during illegal procedure

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (KGO) — A jury found a woman guilty on Tuesday for performing illegal silicone buttock injections on a Kim Kardashian lookalike model and popular OnlyFans star, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.

Vivian Alexandra Gomez, 53, an unlicensed cosmetologist, flew to the Bay Area from Florida in April 2023 to perform the procedure at a Burlingame hotel near San Francisco International Airport.

During the procedure, Christina Ashten Gourkani, 34, became immediately ill and died of respiratory failure the next day.

Gomez was found guilty of felony involuntary manslaughter and practicing medicine without a license.

She is due for sentencing in May.
