SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — Another day of “No Kings” protests is planned all across the Bay Area on Saturday.
San Francisco will likely be the largest of the demonstrations. Organizers are planning to march up Market Street at noon and then hold a rally at Civic Center Plaza.
A similar protest is planned in Oakland with a march downtown at noon, culminating with a rally at Lake Merritt.
Demonstrations are planned in dozens of other cities.
Organizers say they’re protesting the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown, military action abroad and attacks on civil rights.
Protesters could also delay travelers arrival to San Francisco International Airport on Saturday. SFO workers are planning to protest recent ICE activity.
The “Keep Ice Out of SFO” event will begin with a rally – followed by a caravan around the airport that could impact traffic.
