ARIZONA (KABC) — After more than 30 years of searching, an Arizona woman who went missing when she was 13 has been found alive.
Christina Marie Plante disappeared from her town in 1994 but there were no viable leads at the time.
According to the Gila County Sheriff’s Office, technological advances and new investigative techniques helped generate new leads that ultimately led them to find Plante.
It’s unclear where she was found. Authorities also did not say where Plante is now, what she has been doing or what led to her disappearance.
