This morning, there have been off and on heavy rain showers moving onshore on the sea breeze. The showers are quick moving and are expected to continue on and off throughout the day today.
Temps are in the low to mid 70s which is slightly warmer than yesterday. The warmer air will take us into the low 80s today, which is also slightly warmer.
The spotty showers are expected to continue throughout the day. This afternoon the rain turns inland for the most part but a stray shower or two is still possible along the beach fronts.
The warmer pattern continues this week.
We’ll see high temps remain in the low to mid 80s through Tuesday ahead of our next cold front. The front will drop our temperatures in the mornings back into the 60s which is normal for this time of year. It’ll also briefly bring down the humidity which will lower the rain chances into late next week.
Today: A 30% chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 81. East wind around 14 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.
Monday: A 20% chance of showers. Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. East wind 7 to 11 mph.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 85. Southwest wind 8 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. Northwest wind around 6 mph.5.
