Two drivers were killed and three minors were hospitalized in a five-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in suburban Chicago Heights.
The crash happened around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Chicago Road and Joe Orr Road, according to Chicago Heights police.
Two drivers were pronounced dead at the scene, and the Chicago Heights Fire Department took three minors to area hospitals with injuries, police said. Their ages and conditions weren’t immediately available.
