A motorcyclist was killed on Interstate 95 on Monday after crashing into a guardrail, troopers said.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened at around 3:31 a.m. on the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 near State Road 112.
FHP said that the motorcyclist lost control of the vehicle, crashed into a guardrail, was ejected and landed in a grassy embankment.
The motorcyclist then died from his injuries.
His identity was not released.
The roadway has since reopened.
