Two people were arrested on Wednesday after shots were fired toward a restaurant in Pinecrest, police said.
According to Pinecrest Police, officers arrived at the Stir Crazy restaurant after an officer who was nearby heard about five gunshots going off.
When officers arrived at the restaurant, they saw a purple Lamborghini that had fled the scene, going northbound on U.S.-1
Surveillance video outside the restaurant showed the Lamborghini parked in front of the restaurant and a group of four people, with one person banging at the door.
At one point, one of the suspects was seen grabbing what appeared to be a gun from the car, opening the passenger side door, getting in the back, and as the car was backing up to leave, several shots were fired at the restaurant’s front door.
Police were seen arriving, and after a brief pursuit, the Lamborghini crashed into a pumping station at the intersection of Southwest 124th Street and 94th Avenue.
The four people who were in the car were then taken into custody.
During their investigation, police said a gun was found along U.S.-1.
Two of the four people taken into custody were released, while the other two were charged with felonies.
Ricardo Hadam, 28, was identified as the driver, and Wandy Rodriguez, 35, was identified as the shooter.
Their charges were not released.
No injuries were reported as an investigation into the shooting remains active.
