Five men, including a rapper, are facing charges after they were allegedly caught selling fentanyl pills to undercover officers out of a Pembroke Pines apartment building, according to court documents.
The documents details that investigators with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) along with the Broward Sheriff’s Office were tipped off to two brothers distributing large quantities of fentanyl.
The brothers were identified as Anand Ravi Someria, 23, and Sunil Saran Someria, 25.
A third suspect, 24-year-old Richarles Lake, also known by his rap name OTG Lindo, was identified in multiple videos submitted to Miramar Police as part of a narcotics complaint in July 2025.
Over the course of six months, investigators said they surveilled the address known as the “Trap House” at 10747 South Preserve Way in Miramar, from where the complaint originated. There they saw “more than 100 hand-to-hand transactions occur from the patio door of the Trap House between various individuals and Richarles Lake.”
Undercover officers then contacted the brothers through encrypted messaging applications posing as drug dealers.

Over five different undercover deals all caught on video and audio, authorities bought:
- 1,000 fentanyl pills, other forms of fentanyl pills and “samples” of suspected MDMA for $5,000
- 1,500 fentanyl pills for $2,000
- 3,500 fentanyl pills for $12,000
- 1,000 fentanyl pills for $3,500
- 8,000 fentanyl pills for $16,000
After the first three deals, the pills tested positive for more than 400 grams of carfentanil, a synthetic opioid approximately 10,000 times more potent than morphine and 100 times more potent than fentanyl, according to the DEA.
During the fifth deal, Sunil Someria asked the undercover officer to follow him to a nearby Pembroke Pines residence. They got into the car together, and Somaria was allegedly “apologetic and said that one of his friends was just caught selling to an undercover” and “things were ‘hot.'”
They drove to a home at the Avant Apartments at 1605 Southwest 116th Avenue, known as the “stash house location.” That location is where federal agents were seen using explosives while serving a search warrant two days later.
There, Someria and the undercover officer moved into another vehicle with two men, Charles Donald Randall Jr. and Jonathan J. Randall, in the front seats.
When asked about the drugs, Jonathan Randall reportedly said, “pop the trunk dad.”
Two days later, the Someria brothers and Lake were taken into custody during a search at the trap house. Authorities said they found a guns, multiple scales, numerous packaged narcotics including MDMA, Xanax, cannabis and cocaine, and fentanyl pills in the apartment.
One of the brothers told investigators that Lake was an “employee” who they paid “$100 per day plus free housing for operating the trap house by conducting the day-to-day narcotics sales from within the residence.”
In total, they were charged with conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
Jail records show that Charles Donald Randall Jr. and Jonathan J. Randall were also arrested. It was not immediately clear what charges they would face.
