No Super Bowl party is complete without good food, especially at an affordable price.
YouTuber Julia Pacheco shared a few tips on how to make delicious dishes for your Super Bowl Sunday feast that won’t break the bank.
Pacheco’s recipes can feed a party of eight to 10 people for under $80.
And if you’re using ingredients you already have at home, like butter and seasonings, the price range could even be as low as $60.
“For the Super Bowl I know a lot of times it’s easy to just spend a lot of money, buy a lot of random things, but if you’re strategic about it, you can have like, five or six slides/dishes and not break the bank,” Pacheco said.
Pacheco shows how to create dishes like oreo dip, jalapeño popper dip, potato rounds and hamburger sliders.
Some other money-saving tips include:
- Buy store brand instead of name brand
- Shop from your grocery store’s clearance section
- Make your list before heading to the grocery store, to avoid over-spending or buying things you don’t need
- Instead of beef, consider ground turkey or chicken
