The Chicago area saw a significant snowfall Saturday, but another round of snow is arriving just in time for evening rush hour Monday.
While this snowfall won’t be as significant as the one over the weekend, which dumped between 8-to-12 inches of snow around the area, it will still cause travel issues on roadways, limiting visibility and causing slick conditions.
The timing of the snow prompted the issuance of a Winter Weather Advisory from the National Weather Service, with two-to-four inches of snow possible, according to forecast models.
