2 killed in pursuit crash in Pomona

Two people were killed in an early morning crash following a pursuit in Pomona Wednesday night. 

The crash happened near Gary Avenue and County Road shortly after 10 p.m.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, two people were trapped inside a vehicle.

Two adults were confirmed dead in the crash. Details on their identities were not yet known.

At least one person was detained in the incident, but it was not clear what their role was in the crash.

Firefighters confirmed this happened at the end of a pursuit, but it was not clear what the initial call was.
