The Chicago Bulls have reportedly pulled off another trade, dealing center Nikola Vucevic to the Boston Celtics.
According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Bulls will also send a second-round pick to Boston in the deal.
In exchange, the Bulls will acquire Anfernee Simons and a second-round pick from Boston, according to the report.
Vucevic was first acquired by the Bulls during the 2020-21 season, and has averaged 18.1 points and 10.5 rebounds per game in his six seasons with Chicago.
This season Vucevic has appeared in 48 games, averaging 16.9 points and nine rebounds per contest for Chicago.
Simons has appeared in 49 games with the Celtics coming off the bench, averaging 14.2 points per game and shooting nearly 40% from the three-point line. He also averages nearly 89% from the free throw line, and he is the third guard the Bulls have reportedly acquired on Tuesday.
The Bulls also reportedly acquired guard Jaden Ivey from the Detroit Pistons and Mike Conley from the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday, sending Kevin Huerter to the Pistons as part of a three-team swap.
The Bulls and Bucks will square off in Milwaukee on Tuesday night, with tip-off set for 7 p.m.
