This one’s for you, millennials: multi-platinum singer and former Disney channel star Hilary Duff is going on a world tour for the first time in nearly 20 years, with a stop in the Chicago suburbs.
The “Lucky Me Tour,” which coincides with Duff’s new album, “Luck…or something,” available Friday, Feb. 20. The album marks the first for Duff, 38, in nearly a decade.
The album’s single “Mature” has already made waves among critics, Vogue saying it “pushes Duff’s sound in new directions while still feeling quintessential HIlary.”
According to Live Nation, the tour spans seven countries, with dates in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. After a limited sold-out run in Las Vegas, the tour officially begins June 22, with a show at iThink Financial Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Duff will take her tour to the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado July 20 before heading to the Midwest, with a stop at the Credit Union 1 Amphitheater in Tinley Park July 26.
After rising to fame as star of the hit Disney Channel show “Lizzie McGuire,” Duff first kicked off her music career with the 2003 Metamorphosis, featuring the Top 40-charting “So Yesterday” and “Come Clean”. From 2015 to 2021, Duff appeared on the critically-acclaimed series “Younger,” which aired on TV Land.
