After a grey and gloomy Saturday, a breezy, sunny Sunday is expected for the Easter holiday.
The morning will start off a bit cool, with temperatures in the mid-30s.
“As we go through the day though, clouds will break for some sunshine, so we will have some sun on the way for the afternoon,” according to NBC Storm Team Meteorologist Pete Sack.
The high is expected to be around 52 degrees, according to the National Weather Service, which is about average for this time of year.
Though winds of 10 to 20 miles per hour are expected, Sunday will not be as breezy as Saturday was.
Rain may move into the area by Sunday evening, with a 30% chance of showers overnight Sunday into Monday early Monday morning.
