4 things to know about the weather:
- Rain out, cooler air in
- Chilly Monday morning
- Freeze likely Wednesday morning
- Sunny and dry week
The showers have moved out, and dry conditions are back to stay for a while. Cooler air is working its way in and will be felt the most in the upcoming mornings.
Make sure the kids have a jacket at the bus stop in the morning. Temperatures will be in the 40s. Monday will have a nice afternoon with highs near seasonal averages, in the low to mid 60s.
Expect lots of sunshine this week, so you can put the umbrella away. That does not mean we will have the heat to go along with the sunshine. Tuesday and Wednesday will be chilly, though sunny. Highs midweek will be in the mid 50s and lows are expected to drop into the 30s. Freeze is possible overnight, so give extra care to your plants, and bring potted plants indoors.
Temperatures will make a nice climb in time for the weekend. Highs will rise above average into the 70s.
