We’re in for light snow throughout the area on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026. The weak system will brush the region with snow mainly in southeastern Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia.
The snow is expected to begin in the Lehigh Valley area around 7 a.m. before moving to the Philadelphia region around 8 a.m.
Grassy and elevated areas could see a dusting of snow near and around the city while the western suburbs of Pennsylvania as well as Berks County and the Lehigh Valley could see one to two inches of snow.
While snow will fall in parts of South Jersey and Delaware, little to no accumulation is expected in those areas and the snow will transition to rain.
The system is expected to move out of the region by 2 p.m. on Saturday.
