Police were called to the area near a hotel in Montgomery County after a dispute led to someone firing a gun, according to the Lower Providence Police Department.
Officers were called to the 600 block of Shannondell Boulevard in Eagleville before 8 p.m. on March 19 after the Montgomery County Dispatch got calls about shots fired, officials said.
Lower Providence Township Police Chief Mike Jackson said that a fight led to the shooting but no one was shot when the firearm went off.
Residents and visitors who are nearby are being asked to avoid the area as police investigate.
