A man was killed and three other people were injured after a Tesla crossed into oncoming traffic on the Central Valley Parkway in Upper Saucon Township in Lehigh County on Sunday morning, police said.
The crash happened at around 11 a.m. in the area of the 3300 block of Central Valley Parkway when a 2020 Tesla driving westbound crashed through the median and hit traffic going eastbound, police said.
A total of seven cars, including the Tesla, and ten occupants were involved in the crash, police said.
The driver of the Tesla, 62-year-old Brian McKenna, was extricated from his car, but did not survive the crash, police said.
Three others were injured due to the crash, and their conditions are unknown at this time, police said.
The crash remains under investigation by the Upper Saucon Township Police Department.
