On Monday, police identified the three victims as 48-year-old Curtis Jackson, 35-year-old Caroline Shockley, and 41-year-old Brandon Hill.

He has since been charged with manslaughter, DUI and related offenses, police said.
Resto has been arraigned and was in custody of the Delaware Department of Correction under $105,000 cash bail, officials said.
An investigation into this incident, officials said, is still underway.
