Two people have been hospitalized in critical condition, police said, after they needed to be extracted from their vehicles following an early morning crash that happened in the Fairhill section of North Philadelphia.
According to officials, two people were extracted by first responders after being trapped in their vehicles in a crash that happened just after 6 a.m. at the intersection at the intersection of East Indiana Avenue and North Front Street.
Both victims, officials said, were taken to nearby hospitals where they were listed in critical condition.
However, officials contacted by NBC10 were not immediately able to provide further information about the two people who were injured in the crash, nor did they provide further information on what may have led to this incident.
Police also did not say if anyone could be charged in this incident.
But, officials did say an investigation into the crash is ongoing.
