Large fire at building in Philadelphia sends massive plumes of smoke into air

Thick smoke billows into the sky from the roof of a building in Philadelphia on Tuesday as firefighters work to put out a fire.

The fire appeared to have started at a building on the 3700 block of Frankford Avenue in the city’s Frankford neighborhood.
