The Pennsylvania State Police are stepping in to help a Chester County police department investigate a crash that left two children hurt on Wednesday, according to the Oxford Police Department.
The crash happened at the intersection of Markey and South 5th streets in Oxford, Chester County, on March 25 around 3:41 p.m., police said.
When officers got to the intersection, they found two children were hit by a car, officials said. Both kids were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
An investigation is underway.
