Teen boy shot in Philly’s Spring Garden neighborhood, police say

A teenager was shot in Philadelphia’s Spring Garden neighborhood Friday afternoon.

The shooting occurred around 3:45 p.m. along the 600 block of North 13^th Street. Responding police officers found a 15-year-old boy suffering from several gunshot wounds. The teen was taken to the hospital. Officials have not yet revealed his condition.

No arrests have been made, no weapons have been recovered and police have not released information on any suspects or what led to the shooting.

Police continue to investigate.
