Newly released body camera footage shows the harrowing moments first responders rushed in to a massive industrial explosion earlier this month that left four workers badly hurt.
The video is over two hours long and shows several angles from the first responders as they jumped into action without hesitation and searched for survivors.
The explosion happened on Wednesday, March 4, at 2:36 p.m. at the Savita Naturals building on the 600 block of Heron Drive in Logan Township, Gloucester County.
Officers could be seen on video racing toward the damaged building, push inside and dodge debris as flamed burned from nearby propane tanks.
One man was found conscious but badly burned near a fence. Rescuers loaded him into a truck and brought him to an ambulance to be treated.
Officials say that despite the devastation, all of the injured workers survived and they credit the quick actions of first responders seen in the body camera video.
