If you’ve ever wanted to know what your charcuterie board would taste like in ice cream form, here’s your chance.
Philadelphia’s beloved 1900s-inspired ice cream parlor, The Franklin Fountain, is set to kick off their most unique project yet: a blitz of super-limited-edition, experimental new ice cream flavors.
Starting in April, and each month thereafter, ice cream lovers are invited to try six new flavors. Four will be available as an ice cream flight, and two additional flavors will debut in pints.
These six new monthly flavors will not be available by the scoop. They will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
April’s debut flavors include:
Moliterno (Charcuterie Flight, April 3rd), Brie ( Charcuterie Flight, April 3rd) , Fig (Charcuterie Flight, April 3rd), Olive Oil (Charcuterie Flight, April 3rd), Caramelized Garlic Toffee Pint (April 3rd) , Elderberry Goat Cheese Pint (April 17th).

Other monthly drops will include tea flights and pints, baked goods, herbs and more.
The Franklin Fountain, located on Confectionery Row at 116 Market Street in Old City, is open 11 a.m. to midnight everyday
