Officials in Pennsylvania announced that they are searching for an elderly man who went missing on Tuesday and may be confused.
Felix Arroyo-Contreas, 81, was last seen in the area of Friendship Street in the Castor section of Northeast Philadelphia on Tuesday, March 31 around 10:30 a.m., according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Arroyo-Contreas is described as 5 foot 7 inches tall, 140 pounds with white hair and brown eyes, police said.

He was last seen wearing black pants and a black and white flannel with a black jacket.
Police said that they believe Arroyo-Contreas is at special risk of harm or injury and could be confuse.
