Terminal C will reopen at PHL Airport on Thursday after it was closed due to TSA staffing shortages caused by the partial government shutdown, the airport announced.
However, Terminal A-West and Terminal F will remain closed.

TSA had been working without pay for over a month due to the government shutdown impacting the Department of Homeland Security, but they began receiving pay again on Monday after President Donald Trump signed an executive order.
The shutdown remains in place and it is unclear when Congress will pass a funding bill, which is being stalled due to disagreements over immigration enforcement tactics.
