Watch: Police investigate after officers involved in shooting in West Philly

An investigation is underway after, officials said, police officers were involved in a shooting in West Philadelphia on Tuesday morning.

NBC10’s SkyForce10 captured images of police around 7:30 a.m., placing tape at a scene along the 5400 block of Webster Street in West Philadelphia after the reported shooting.

Police did not immediately say what led to the shooting, how many people or officers may have been involved or say if anyone was injured in this incident.

But, officials said there would be an update on this incident provided at about 8:45 a.m.

An investigation into this incident, officials said, is underway.
