Stairwell inside parking garage under construction collapses in Philadelphia

A stairwell collapsed in a parking garage in Philadelphia’s Grays Ferry neighborhood.

It happened at a parking garage that is under construction at 30th and Grays Ferry.

One source tells NBC10 that one person was rescued following the collapse.

It is unclear at this time, if anyone is injured.
