A driver has been arrested, police said, after causing a head-on collision with an ambulance in Philadelphia’s Germantown section early Sunday.
According to police, a driver has been arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after they, allegedly, crashed head-on into a ambulance at the intersection of Wayne Avenue and West Manheim Street in Germantown at about 2 a.m. on Sunday.
No one was injured in the crash, officials said.
Also, contacted after the crash, officials did not immediately know of the ambulance was on its way to a call at the time the incident occurred.
An investigation into this crash, however, is ongoing, officials said.
