The forecasts all promised big snow totals, and they have been spot on so far.
Some areas across the tri-state had already reached ten inches by midnight, and that was before the worst of the storm had settled in. The heaviest snow will coincide with the strongest winds into early Monday.
The spots that had already seen totals nearing a foot were in areas where two feet of snow was possible: Long Island and near the Jersey Shore.
Here’s a look at snow totals from around New York, New Jersey and Connecticut (updated as of 12 a.m. Monday):
New York City

Long Island (Suffolk County)

North Jersey

Central Jersey

South Jersey

Hudson Valley

Fairfield County
