CHELSEA, MASS. (WHDH) – Several telephone poles were knocked down on Essex and Hawthorne streets in Chelsea Monday morning.
One of the poles fell on top of a parked car.
Police and firefighters responded to the scene.
More than 70 people in Chelsea were left without power.
