NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) – Fire crews extinguished a scrap fire in Northwest Miami-Dade, Tuesday.
Black smoke billowed into the sky around Northwest 12th Avenue and 74th Street.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
