CAMBRIDGE, MASS. (WHDH) – A Harvard professor agreed to voluntarily leave the country after being arrested by ICE.
Carlos Gouvea was first arrested back in October for firing a bb gun outside a synagogue in Brookline.
He claimed he was hunting rats.
The Brazilian native pleaded guilty to illegal use of a firearm.
