A Thursday autopsy found that a 65-year-old man who was shot last year in the Roseland neighborhood died this week of complications from multiple gunshot wounds and his death was ruled a homicide.
Claude Dixon, 65, was shot on Nov. 20 about 6:20 a.m. at 68 W. 112th Place, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Dixon was pronounced dead Wednesday at 5:17 a.m. at Kindred North Hospital and an autopsy Thursday determined he died of complications from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the medical examiner’s office.
The death of Dixon, who lived in the Roseland neighborhood, was ruled a homicide.
