TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA)— A person was found with a gunshot wound in a parking garage in Ybor City. The Tampa Police Department responded to Centro Ybor parking garage a little before 2 a.m. Tuesday regarding reports of a gunshot victim. TPD said the victim is hospitalized.
