Police are in pursuit of a driver suspected of being under the influence out of South Pasadena. The suspect stopped the vehicle at one point and refused to exit, with Gil Leyvas in Sky5 reporting that police said the suspect was “fumbling around” before taking off again. Sky5 is overhead.
