Grammy Award-nominated rapper Sexyy Red launched her new nonprofit organization, “Giving is Sexyy,” during an Easter giveaway event Friday in Pagedale. The St. Louis native hosted the celebration at Prince Beauty Supply to provide resources and support to local families.
