A Texas teachers’ union representing more than a million educators is suing the Texas Education Agency alleging, the state agency launched “unlawful” investigations into hundreds of public-school employees accused of making inappropriate comments about the assassination of conservative activist and Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk on social media.
