UAlbany announced the hiring of Kelly Morrone Saturday night. She comes to the Capital Region after having spent the last six seasons as head coach of Merrimack College out of the MAAC – a program that just seven seasons ago elevated from the Division 2 level – and Morrone has been largely responsible for navigating that program through its transition.
