The Polk County Sheriff’s Office and Bartow Police Department are working together to investigate the death of Jeffrey Lee Blevins, 56.
Neighbors say they feel for the family and are shocked this could happen steps away from their homes, but also hope law enforcement is able to crack the case soon for their sake.
