San Francisco 49ers clinch playoff berth after Detroit Lions’ loss to Pittsburgh Steelers

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — The San Francisco 49ers are in the playoffs, and they didn’t even have to play to get it done!

The team did not play on Sunday as the team traveled to Indianapolis to take on the Indianapolis Colts on Monday.

The team’s chance at the playoffs was secured after the Detroit Lions hosted the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The 49ers ended up clinching the playoff spot after the Lions lost to the Steelers.
