DUBLIN, Calif. (KGO) — Teachers in Dublin late Thursday night said their strike is over after a tentative agreement was reached with the district.
The Dublin Teachers Association announced they came to the agreement after a 12-hour negotiation session.
Teachers walked off the job Monday, but schools remained open.

The new three-year contract guarantees smaller classes, better healthcare and higher wages.
Union president Brad Dobrzenski says educators stayed optimistic throughout the bargaining process.
“It’s a huge deal for our teachers, because it means that they’re able to do the job they love, even more effectively,” Dobrzenski said.
The agreement still has to be ratified by the teachers.
There was already no school on Friday, so the earliest kids could be back in class is Monday.
