The U.S. Coast Guard air & surface assets and the Lee County Sheriff’s Office search Saturday for two missing adults who left on a fishing trip from Fort Myers and have not been seen since.
Deputies are searching for 57-year-old Randall Spivey and 33-year-old Brandon Billmaier, both of whom are considered missing and endangered, authorities said.
Spivey is described as a white man, 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing about 245 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing khaki pants and a dark-colored shirt.
Billmaier is described as a white man, 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 250 pounds, with strawberry-blond hair and brown eyes.
According to the sheriff’s office, the two men left early Friday morning for a fishing trip aboard a 42-foot Freeman boat. They departed from a residence in the 15000 block of Intracoastal Court in Fort Myers.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Spivey or Billmaier is urged to contact the Lee County Sheriff’s Office at 239-477-1000 or call 911 in an emergency. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through SWFL Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS.
