South Florida in Milan: Torgashev and ‘Quad God’ return to ice for men’s free skate

Team USA keeps those medals coming—and today is looking to be much of the same if our athletes have anything to say about it! Remember, you can follow along live here.

Today, Team USA women’s hockey takes on home country Italy in the quarterfinals, hoping to continue their dominant run to the semifinals and the podium.

And South Florida’s got two athletes ready to give it their all: Jared Firestone, competing in the men’s skeleton final for Israel; and Andrew Torgashev, competing in the free skate for Team USA.

The latter of those events is especially awaited, as “Quad God” Ilia Malinin also goes for gold in the free skate. Don’t miss it at 1 p.m. ET.
