Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office to discuss ‘Operation Ghost Writer’ fraud probe

The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office is expected to hold a news conference Friday to discuss the results of an investigation into a large fraud scheme.

“Operation Ghost Writer” involves a six-month investigation by MDSO, the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and the Miami-Dade Tax Collector’s Office.
