Woman in stable condition after being shot in West Little River, deputies say

A woman who was shot in West Little Liver on Saturday was taken to the hospital, deputies said.

According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrived in the area of 84th Street at Northwest Fifth Avenue at 9:03 a.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.

At the scene, deputies found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound.

She was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Her identity has not been released.

No arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
