Nearly six years after a transgender woman was killed in Pompano Beach, deputies are providing new details on the case on Tuesday.
The Broward Sheriff’s Office is holding a news conference at 11 a.m.
According to BSO, on July 3, 2020, 27-year-old Bree Black was gunned down in the 200 block of Northwest 12th Street.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they found Black on the ground suffering from gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Since Black’s murder, no arrests have been made.
