Woman flown to hospital after possible dog attack in Hialeah

A woman was flown to the hospital after what may have been a dog attack in Hialeah late Friday.

Hialeah Fire Rescue said units responded to a woman “possibly bitten by a dog” at 1129 West 70th Place.

First responders said the woman had suffered “severe injuries” and she was airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center for further evaluation and treatment.

Hialeah police are investigating.
